Job Description: Recspec is growing! We’re looking to add a freelance designer to our team who is detail oriented, efficient, and highly creative. Your responsibilities will include all manner of design, including but not limited to: branding concepts, social media campaigns, print and digital design, web design (no knowledge of coding required), UX / UI design, and more. We do it all!
Background & Experience: We’re looking for a designer with 3-5 years experience as either a freelance or agency designer. Having done freelance in the past is a plus – we are looking for someone who can juggle multiple projects, clients and timelines and also be self-motivated and driven.
Hours: Varying depending on availability and project load, could potentially be a set retainer.
Location: Our office is on East MLK, but this job can be done from home / remotely, with occasional check-ins and coworking at the office.
Required Skills:
Expert in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, balanced with strong collaboration
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills:
Data Visualization
UX / UI Experience
Experience with Asana
Availability for quick turn-arounds
Compensation: Commensurate on experience
